Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations across multiple industries
- Lead internal audit processes and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior accounting staff and supervise cross-functional projects
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data integrity and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Proven expertise in month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
