Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with strict attention to detail
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Ensure tax compliance and support external audit engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in public accounting or financial services industry
