- Develop storyboards and concept sketches to visualize animation sequences before production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure animation aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Optimize video files and animations for various platforms and devices to ensure fast loading times and high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in 2D animation and motion design.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong command of 2D animation principles, timing, and spacing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-designers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
