The Role
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and development, working closely with our UX team and front-end developers to bring concepts to life. Your work will define the visual identity of our diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-fidelity 2D graphics, icons, and user interface elements for web and mobile applications.
- Create engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the UX team to translate wireframes and user research into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Optimize designs for performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate on existing assets based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software updates, and emerging web technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, web design, or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating 2D design capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
