Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-end 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate creative briefs into visual masterpieces.
- Operate as the lead animator on projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Present concepts to stakeholders and refine designs based on constructive feedback.
- Optimize animations for various platforms and devices to ensure seamless performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
