Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create: Develop high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Technical Execution: Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) to produce smooth, performant animations.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to refine visual concepts and ensure storytelling is compelling.
- Asset Management: Optimize video files and assets for various platforms, ensuring fast loading times and high visual fidelity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to integrate animations seamlessly into web and mobile applications.
- Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and assist in the growth of the creative department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A robust, online portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and video encoding standards (H.264, MP4).
