Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and conceptualize visual solutions.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create assets optimized for various platforms.
- Refine animations based on feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Maintain and update a library of reusable assets and templates to streamline production workflows.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in motion design and animation techniques to continuously elevate our creative output.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong command of timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D (preferred).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including squash and stretch, anticipation, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
