Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15+ states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with GL accounts
- Administer employee benefits enrollments and terminations
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and respond to IRS inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll policy updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Expertise in ADP, SAP, or comparable HRIS systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification required
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state wage/hour laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
