Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for 50+ states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support HRIS implementations and payroll system upgrades
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with tax authorities and third-party vendors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel and payroll tax compliance (federal/state)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
- Proven track record of payroll accuracy (99.5%+ rate)
