Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics
- Support annual audits and compliance requirements
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA/CPA designation or MBA preferred
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools
