Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales goals
- Report suspicious activity per anti-fraud procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud awareness and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Basic math aptitude and cash balancing ability
