Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for 500+ employees
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with precision
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now platform
- Generate quarterly and annual payroll reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with Texas payroll tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
