Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding for payroll-impacted actions
- Stay current on FLSA, DOL, and state-specific labor regulations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using Excel macros and automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and Arizona labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros for automation
- Proven track record of 99.5%+ payroll accuracy
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
