Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 99.8% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service via virtual channels (video calls, chat) and in-person at our downtown San Diego branch
- Actively cross-sell digital banking solutions and financial products to meet client needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and fraud prevention through secure remote verification protocols
- Collaborate with branch teams during in-office days to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed transaction records and contribute to weekly performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial services
- Proficiency in digital banking platforms (Zelle, Venmo, mobile apps)
- Valid California Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to pass federal background check and FINRA Series 6 licensing
- Exceptional communication skills with comfort in virtual environments
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key calculator proficiency
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
