Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to assess financial impact on business operations
- Develop and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support M&A activities and expansion initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial findings to non-technical stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
