Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with SOX, GDPR, and industry regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train employees on policies, procedures, and regulatory updates
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams on compliance initiatives
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance, risk management, or audit experience
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (SOX, AML, FCPA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CCEP, CCEP-I, CAMS) required
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
