Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance frameworks using provided monitoring software and hardware
- Conduct internal audits utilizing encrypted laptops and biometric verification systems
- Train staff on compliance protocols with VR simulation equipment and digital training platforms
- Prepare regulatory reports using specialized compliance management software
- Coordinate with legal teams via secure communication channels and document management systems
- Monitor industry changes using provided AI-powered regulatory tracking tools
- Lead compliance initiatives with ergonomic workstations and collaborative digital whiteboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance experience with regulatory software proficiency
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent
- Experience with provided monitoring tools (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate encrypted hardware and security systems
- Strong written communication for reporting using provided document tools
