Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with FINRA, SEC, and CA state regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across remote operations
- Investigate regulatory violations and recommend corrective actions
- Train staff on compliance protocols via virtual workshops
- Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance documentation
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- CCEP or CRCM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of CA financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and remote communication skills
- Experience with GRC software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory projects
