Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Assist with payroll processing and prepare tax documents (1099s, W-2s).
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Provide month-end close support and variance analysis to management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
