We are looking for a self-starter who can handle complex bookkeeping tasks with ease and precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Assist with tax preparation support and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Must be located within the United States (Florida preferred).
