Responsibilities

  • Process multi-state payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end compliance (W-2, 1099, 941) across 7 states
  • Develop and implement payroll process improvements using Excel macros and Power BI analytics
  • Serve as primary payroll liaison to HR, benefits, and finance teams for complex inquiries
  • Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconcile GL accounts with 99.9% precision
  • Lead payroll system optimization projects including time-clock integrations and benefit deductions
  • Maintain compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific labor regulations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
