Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using bank-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile daily transactions with provided security systems
- Provide exceptional client service while promoting bank products and services
- Operate digital banking platforms and equipment as per bank protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and transactions using provided resources
- Adhere to all security and compliance standards for cash handling
- Train junior tellers on equipment usage and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction equipment
- Strong attention to detail with reconciliation experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work with provided equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
- Proven track record in upselling financial products
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
