Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (KY, OH, IN)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, KY state labor laws, and multi-state taxation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
