Responsibilities
- Calculate and process payroll for all employees accurately and on a bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure all payroll tax filings and reporting are compliant with federal and state regulations.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and deductions.
- Collaborate with the HR department to maintain accurate employee records and compensation data.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in a payroll or HR role is preferred but not required due to our paid training.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
