Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and employee payroll inquiries
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual reports
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement continuous process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn complex payroll systems quickly
- Problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset
- Willingness to obtain CPP certification within 18 months
- US citizenship or legal work authorization required
