- Collaborate with loan officers to ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
- Develop detailed financial models using Excel and specialized credit analysis software
- Document credit analysis findings in clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices in credit risk management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of credit scoring models and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a flexible schedule
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
