Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and taxes
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR to onboard/offboard employees accurately
- Maintain compliance with Tennessee labor laws and IRS regulations
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours via HR portal
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years payroll experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, Tennessee labor laws, and tax codes
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
