Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and state tax regulations
- Prepare and file quarterly/yearly payroll tax returns and W-2s
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Conduct payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Proven problem-solving skills with payroll discrepancies
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
