Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies and exceptions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941s, 940s, state quarterly reports)
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare financial reports
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 filings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Multi-state payroll compliance knowledge (AZ, CA, TX)
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with automated time tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
