Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Manage cash drawers with strict adherence to daily balancing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries and assisting with financial goals.
- Operate and troubleshoot provided banking equipment and software systems.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts and credit cards.
- Uphold all bank security policies, compliance regulations, and audit requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in cash handling or retail customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
