The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner to the finance team, providing deep-dive analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive business growth. You will be responsible for maintaining financial models, analyzing variances, and presenting findings to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and forecast financial performance against budget and prior year results.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
