Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposit processing
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Assist with year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state labor laws
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deadlines
