Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and key performance metrics for executive leadership
- Prepare detailed budgets and quarterly financial statements with SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and market trend assessments
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and timeliness
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
