Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for $50M+ portfolio
- Prepare month-end closing reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and GL accounts
- Analyze financial data for operational insights
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and CA tax regulations
- Train junior accounting staff on financial systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience in Fresno/San Joaquin Valley
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax filings
- Expertise in reconciling high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
