Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Analyze market trends and financial performance to inform strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects and due diligence activities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CMA/CPA) highly desirable
