Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across NJ/NY/PA
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Support year-end W-2 processing and 1099 reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
