Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 15+ clients
- Reconcile bank statements and GL accounts with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Process payroll for 200+ employees using ADP systems
- Assist with annual audits and tax documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems with secure document controls
- Train junior staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
