Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings and year-end reconciliations (W-2s, 1099s)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee support
- Implement new time-tracking systems and biometric clock integrations
- Collaborate with HR on garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Expertise in NY, NJ, and PA payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
