Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with strict GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Manage complex reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audit procedures and regulatory filings
- Mentor junior accountants on technical accounting standards
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros experience
- SAP or Oracle ERP implementation background
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Active GA license required
