Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FL, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollment in ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Onboard new hires with complete payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FL wage laws, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software proficiency
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
