Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and taxes
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Tennessee labor laws
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or comparable payroll systems
- Deep understanding of multi-state tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume periods
