Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees biweekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and overtime with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941, 940, state unemployment)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/year-end financial reports
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and local labor regulations
- Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of Arizona payroll tax laws and multi-state compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Proven attention to detail with zero-error tolerance in financial data
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environment
