Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse client portfolios using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate garnishments, benefits deductions, and tax withholdings with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA deadlines
- Generate year-end tax forms (W-2/1099) and support audit preparations
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA requirements
- Collaborate with HR departments on employee record updates and terminations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven track record of error-free payroll processing
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
