Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks systems
- Maintain accurate employee records, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (Form 941, unemployment reports)
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear, timely solutions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with annual audits and year-end reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Enterprise and QuickBooks Payroll
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Proven ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
