Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and benefits contributions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or equivalent payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Illinois payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
