Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, deductions, and tax compliance across all jurisdictions
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end W-2s
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional client service and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on garnishments, benefits deductions, and new hire onboarding
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly reporting for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, KS withholding)
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula and pivot table skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with strict integrity
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and HRIS systems preferred
