Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timecard accuracy and resolve discrepancies with department managers
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for Texas state requirements
- Generate payroll reports for auditors and executive leadership
- Onboard new hires with payroll setup and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and 401(k) contributions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP or similar systems
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Texas state payroll tax laws
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with multi-state payroll a plus
