- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to process contracts and invoices
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and insurance billing regulations
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Train staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical/technical billing with insurance expertise
- Proficiency in billing software (Epic, Meditech, or equivalent)
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) or CPC preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills for revenue cycle optimization
- Experience with HIPAA and CMS compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
