Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for B2B clients including invoice generation, submission, and follow-up
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment delays through proactive client communication
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify process improvements and reduce aging reports
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure contract terms align with billing practices
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and SOX regulations in all billing operations
- Prepare monthly billing reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Train junior staff on billing system protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in medical or enterprise billing with proven accuracy record
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent billing platforms
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent credential preferred
- Expert knowledge of revenue cycle management and AR optimization strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Excel pivot tables and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to resolve high-volume payment disputes within SLAs
- Experience implementing billing process improvements with measurable results
