- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct insurer/client communication
- Generate monthly revenue reports for leadership review
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all billing documentation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify charge completeness
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic EMR systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in healthcare tech
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification
- Expertise in CMS 1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
- Experience with RCM cycle optimization
